BSR Alum "Beemer" by Anne Williams

​Hi there! My name is Beemer and I am a proud member of the Boykin Spaniel Rescue Alum Club! I was pulled from a shelter in Louisiana when I was still a puppy. I’m gun shy which didn’t turn out to be very popular living in the Sportsman’s Paradise aka Louisiana. I still love to “hunt,” though. My adoptive family says there has never been a better suburban bird flusher. I make sure that there are no birds or squirrels in our bushes and trees. I also love to flush my girls out of bed in the morning for school. I’ve gotten really good at digging them out of the covers with all of my Boykin energy and wet kisses! Oh, and you should see me with a tennis ball. My moves are what earned me my name. My dad says I can hug a turn better than any BMW. I love to swim, wrestle with my dachshund brother, and cheer on my girls at their soccer games. But my very favorite things are snuggling with my people and serving as an ambassador for Boykin Spaniel Rescue. As we say down in Louisiana, “Merci Beaucoup” BSR!
