Finn came into care in 2018 as a 4 1/2-year-old life of the party! He was wildly enthusiastic about just about everything and definitely needed to learn to express himself in a more controlled manner. A little basic training helped with his enthusiastic jumping and wild ways, and he was soon ready for adoption. He needed an active new home that could keep up with him and add him right into their daily routines. Car rides? YOU BET! Swimming? Bring it on! Retrieving? Oh yes! Truly, Finn was simply a diamond in the rough, needing a little polishing to find his forever home!
2021 Update: Thanks for my Happy Gotcha Day card. I am doing great with my new family. I love everyone here. I show respect for my much older and smaller brother Eddie the Shitzou, but he’s so old and not very fun to play with. But I do like that he has no teeth and is a sloppy eater, which always leaves me crumbs to vacuum up after he’s thru eating. Now for playing I like my sister cat Bootsie. She always ready for playing run and catch. She’s younger and more playful with me than Eddie. I love living by the lake. It gives me the opportunity to do my favorite thing, swimming. You can see my pics below. I love swimming. No complaints here except maybe not enough food at times because you see I kind of have a eating problem. I love to eat but my doctor says I need to loss a little weight. More swimming and less eating I guess. Thanks again for the card and you can see from the pics I am a very happy dog.
