BSR Alum "Honey" by Nancy Meres
I first laid eyes on Honey in May 2016 and it was love right then and there when I picked her up from Julie. I call her Honey because it is short for Honey Badger. She took now guff from any of my other dogs especially my male Brittany, who thinks he is all that. Honey did not back down from him. I adopted Honey in the fall of 2016. I saw something in her that made me stop and say, this girl is destine for great things. We started basic obedience classes, which she mastered and got her AKC STAR Puppy Certificate. Now we are starting AKC RALLY classes and then on to therapy training classes. I believe her destiny is helping children with reading disabilities and comfort and love for the elderly.
