BSR Alum "Hope" by Lynn Jacobs

 Hope was an owner surrender when her family's housing situation changed. I adopted hope in April 2006, having driven 7 hours from my New Orleans suburban home to Amelia Skipper's in Alabama, whereupon I was introduced to a 1 y/o whirling dervish bundle of energy. Even at 12 y/o Hope remains a whirling dervish when excited, despite hearing loss and early cataracts. In her heart and demeanor she remains a healthy active bundle of energy. She is easy going, tolerant and welcoming of other dogs.
