This is Rosie just two short months ago. Yes, this is the reality. Sadly, Rosie isn't alone.
Not every dog is in such horrific shape. But, every dog has unique needs. We have taken in 43 dogs already this year. At this rate, we could well see over 100 dogs come through BSR's care in 2019. And, we are seeing more and more significant cases, like Rosie's.
