Bio:
Jax came into care heartworm positive and neglected. His treatment was more complicated than most , and it took him much longer to test clear and be adopted. After nearly a year in care, he was adopted by his foster, who had stood by his side the whole way and ushered him onto a wonderful new life!

This past year has been so much fun! Since my HW treatment I have been able to run and play. Chasing balls is my big favorite but kayaking with my friends, going to the beach and playdates are super fun. I just completed my annual exam and, other than a small heart murmur, my labs and exam said i was in great shape. I love going the vet…like a playdate and my doctor is so nice. My brother Big Red is my best friend. I have learned so much from him and we do most things together. He takes me for long walks and shares everything with me.
We are very grateful to BSR for taking us on this journey. Gotta run as we are heading out for walk and play!!
