BSR Alum "Molly" by Frank & Nancy Kalivoda
I came to my new family early February 2012. I took my first airplane ride from South Carolina/Atlanta to Wisconsin. My new mommy and daddy were waiting for me when I arrived. I was a little scared and confused - everything was new to me and I didn't know if this would be my new forever home. Mommy and daddy had a new bed, new toys and lots of food and treats for me. I am happy to have so many new things. I even went to school to learn obedience. I was first in my class. I took first in every test and tied for first in two categories in the final Olympics. Who knew I was so smart. Everyone that meets me says how beautiful I am and how well behaved I am. I love to go for rides and do things with daddy during the day and wait for mamma to come home. My butt and tail don't stop wiggling when she comes home. Mamma and daddy tell me I am such a good girl. I can now stay home alone without having to go in the crate - that makes me very happy. I went to the lake house Memorial Day weekend. We went for a boat ride and then we went swimming. I didn't want to go in at first but after momma went in the water I ran right after her. I was running and jumping and swimming in the water. It felt good! I look forward to learning and doing more new things with them. They tell me I'm also going to have a birthday party on July 11 for my 3rd birthday. I can't wait. I am thankful that BSR let me come to my new forever home. Mamma and daddy say they are so very happy I am part of the family and can't imagine life without me.
