Bell entered Boykin Spaniel Rescue™'s (BSR™) care at 14-years-old. She was extremely malnourished and suffering with pain in her hips and back end. Because Bell had been subsisting on so little food for so long, it took a while to bring her health back up to a comfortable level. As she steadily improved, her spirit did too; and, in time she was not just quietly observing he new permanent foster family from afar but she was making tentative steps to join in. When it became clear that all the love her other canine siblings shared could be hers too...she blossomed! Today she is a permanent foster with the most amazing family!
