Tracer came into BSR as a 1 year old, full of typical boykin energy and mischief! Tracer quickly learned the routine of his foster family, learning important tasks like acceptable manners and indoor good behavior. Tracer had some fears though, especially with some high energy children, but also with strangers and vets and he had a bit of separation anxiety as well and a habit of eating things he shouldn't...in short, he had learned a lot but definitely needed the right family to keep him moving in the right direction!
BSR Tracer Alum Update by Shannon Beiting
October 2019 Update:
Today is Tracer's 4th birthday and he is a happy boy. He is doing great and one of the craziest, most lovable dogs. We are blessed to have him as much him us.
October 2018 Update:
Tracer is doing great in his new home. He adapted well. He is definitely a mama's boy and I call him my shadow, since he is needy and requires a lot of lovin', which he gets a lot of! He did require some training and still has issues with other dogs, outside of our family. He listens very well and I think he is very happy here. He enjoys being outside and chasing the little lizards we have outside.
