Adoption Applications will require the following information and conditions:
1.  A veterinarian reference (if you do not have a vet currently, we ask that you either provide your former vet as a reference or select a vet you plan to establish with so that we can interview them)
2. Three references   (only ONE may be a family member)
3.  Agreement to allow a home visit with all family members participating
4.   Payment of a $25 Application Processing Fee (this is NOT an adoption fee)

Applications that do not have an associated processing fee will not be processed.

You will receive an email notifying you of successful submission, and then our assignor will email you to let you know your application has been assigned to a volunteer to begin processing.  You should hear from that volunteer with in 1-2 weeks for an initial interview.

Submitting your application does NOT create an account with the website to apply for dogs.  Login/website access will not be granted until you are officially approved and receive the website invite via email.
